Krystle Lee is the Vice President of Human Resources at Pro-Vac, where she partners with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to align people strategy with business objectives. She earned her Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University and is SHRM-SCP certified. With expertise in organizational strategy, leadership development, employee relations, and change management, Krystle is passionate about helping leaders build healthy, high-performing workplace cultures where people and businesses can thrive. Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mom who believes the strongest leaders never stop learning.
Frank Janecek is an Employee Benefits/Human Resources professional with expertise in strategy, design, and administration of employee benefit programs. He is currently the Senior Director, Benefits for Fortune Brands Innovations. Prior to joining Fortune Brands, Frank led Compensation and Benefits for Perdoceo Education Corporation. He has worked in benefits leadership roles for several Fortune 500 companies including Ross Stores, Discover Financial, HSBC North America, Nabisco, and Kraft Foods. Having worked in multiple industries and complex organizations, Frank has experience with creating tailored strategies and programs that deliver value and positive outcomes to both the company and its employees. Frank currently serves on the Board of the Council on Employee Benefits as Treasurer where he also previously served as President of the Board. He is a Board member for the Midwest Health Purchasers Collaborative serving as Vice-Chair and participates on several vendor advisory councils.
Joanne Homa is the Director of Benefits at Faith Technologies, Inc. where she leads the strategic development and administration of employee benefits programs. With more than 15 years of experience in benefits management, she brings deep expertise in compliance, vendor relations and employee engagement. Joanne has led initiatives that significantly reduced costs while improving employee engagement, including a streamlined open enrollment process and enhanced communication strategies. She is passionate about building inclusive benefits that support employees’ diverse needs and is known for her collaborative leadership style. Joanne is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and working toward the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification.
Kelli Henderson is the Vice President, Human Resources – Total Rewards at Aflac Incorporated. She has been with Aflac for 9 years and her responsibilities include broad-based compensation, employee benefits and wellness, and oversight of the corporate HR Business Partners. She has over twenty years of Human Resources experience spanning the financial services, higher education and manufacturing industries. Kelli has a master’s degree in postsecondary education from Troy University and a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University. She is a member of World at Work and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Michael is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of experience in market research, across many industries. Michael’s expertise spans the entire survey lifecycle, from initial questionnaire design and vendor selection to data processing, analysis, and reporting. He excels at leading large scale, complex, global research projects and delivering high-quality research data on time and within budget. He combines strategic thinking with a passion for collaboration and excels at understanding and meeting client needs. Prior to joining Arizent, Michael served as Director, Survey Operations at Forrester Research. Michael has a B.S. in Marketing from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences, and a MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
With over 18 years at Shamrock Foods Company, Corey Gilbert serves as Vice President of Total Rewards & HRIS. A seasoned leader in benefits strategy, compensation, and HR technology, Corey brings deep expertise in designing programs that attract, retain, and engage talent across a dynamic workforce. His nearly two decades at Shamrock have made him a trusted voice on the evolving role of Total Rewards in today’s competitive labor market.
Stephanie Porrino is a resident of the Tampa Bay area, currently working as the Director of Human Resources for Hendry Marine Industries. Stephanie has over 25 years of HR leadership experience at various companies. Over the past several years, she has taken an active role in understanding and transforming employee health benefit plans. At Hendry Marine, and in her previous role, she was instrumental in moving the employee health plans to a self-funded model. Stephanie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with other HR professionals so that more people understand the benefits a self-funded health plan has for both the company and for employees.
Because of Stephanie’s healthcare knowledge and unique experience in self-funding, she has become a frequent speaker at healthcare conferences across the country. In the past year and a half, Stephanie has spoken at several healthcare conferences including The Best of the Best hosted by the Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value, Workforce Development Partners of Tampa Bay, YOU Powered Symposium, BenefitsPRO, The CFO Leadership Conference, World Finance Forum, and The Validation Institute flagship conferences; she has also been a guest on several podcasts and webinars.
Stephanie is a graduate of William Paterson University, Leadership Tampa – Class of 2012 as well as a member of SHRM, HR Florida, HR Tampa, Leadership Tampa Alumni, a member of the Advisory Board for Workforce Development Partners and the Vice Chair for the Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value. She’s also a licensed healthcare agent in the State of Florida.
Most importantly, Stephanie has a 16-year-old son named Jacob who is special needs and falls on the Cerebral Palsy and Autism spectrums.
Janet is a marketing research and strategic insights executive with extensive experience in the technology, B2B media, healthcare, financial and professional services industries. Her ability to apply a variety of research approaches to strategic business problems has resulted in the delivery of impactful, innovative research programs for a long roster for global Fortune 1000 companies. Previous to her role as VP of Research at Arizent, Janet served as the General Manager/SVP Research at IDG and the head of Market Insights for HIMSS, a nonprofit in the healthcare space. Her passion is storytelling with data, leveraging research to fuel data-driven strategic decision making and thought leadership content. She holds a B.S. degree from Alfred University, and an MBA degree from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Claire Kelly, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinical Specialist with Sword Health, based in Chicago, IL. She brings nearly a decade of clinical experience, with a primary focus in outpatient orthopedics and home healthcare, and is also a pelvic health specialist. At Sword, Claire works directly with members to deliver evidence-based, personalized care through the company’s digital platform-helping people overcome pain, prevent injury, and return to the activities they love.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Claire is an advocate for preventive care, patient empowerment, and leveraging technology to break down traditional barriers to treatment. She has worked with a diverse range of patients—from athletes to new parents to older adults—bringing a compassionate, whole-person approach to every interaction.
Outside of her work, Claire enjoys exploring the Chicago food scene, spending time outdoors with her husband, 1 year old son, and Great Pyrenees dog, and traveling whenever she can.
