With more than 20 years in human resources, Marie Yorn is an experienced Total Rewards leader committed to building programs that support employee wellbeing and foster engagement. As Director of Total Rewards at Keystone Cooperative, she leads initiatives across compensation, benefits, wellness, and employee recognition—aligning these efforts with the organization’s values and operational goals. She brings a thoughtful approach to preventive care planning, benefits education, and outreach strategies across a highly dispersed workforce, ensuring employees have clear, accurate information to make informed choices. Marie is recognized for developing communications that are accessible and purposeful, helping employees navigate their benefits confidently. Her leadership blends strategic insight with practical execution. Whether guiding open enrollment, supporting recognition efforts, or promoting health and wellness opportunities, Marie maintains a consistent focus on clarity, inclusion, and employee experience. Tiffany Dennis is a passionate advocate for workplace well-being with a long-standing background in the insurance and employee benefits space. Drawing from years of industry experience, she brings a thoughtful, strategic lens to wellness programming that supports the whole employee mind, body, and beyond.

In her current role as a senior wellness leader, Tiffany develops and leads initiatives that foster connection, resilience, and a culture of care. Her work has contributed to meaningful recognition for her organization and continues to elevate the role of wellness in the employee experience.

Certified in both wellness and resilience facilitation, Tiffany blends evidence-based practices with heart-centered leadership. She is also a member of the California Leadership program where she continues to grow her impact and amplify the role of equity and inclusion in well-being. With a deep belief in the power of community, Tiffany is committed to creating spaces both in and outside of work where people can thrive.

With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of HR and Finance, Alex Bertin is the Director of Total Rewards at BambooHR, the leading software provider powering the strategic evolution of HR for small and medium-sized businesses. Alex takes a data-driven and collaborative approach to solving complex rewards challenges, partnering with business leaders to align compensation, benefits, and recognition programs with company strategy.

Throughout his career, Alex has built and scaled Total Rewards functions at some of Utah’s most successful tech companies, including BambooHR, Qualtrics and MX, driving outcomes that support growth, transparency, and the employee experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
