Throughout her career, Molly has overseen multi-million-dollar budgets, led strategic financial initiatives, and advanced operational improvements that strengthen accountability, transparency, and organizational performance. She is an elected member of the City of Milwaukee Pension Board and a mayoral appointee to the Deferred Compensation Board.
