Kate Connor

Kate Connor is the Chief Operating Officer of Moxie Communications Group, where she leads operations, AI, finance, people operations, and strategy across the agency. 

She has spent the past 13 years translating business strategy into the tools, teams, and culture people need to do their best work. At SoulCycle, she helped scale the business from four to 90 locations, holding leadership positions across Field Operations, Talent Development, and Company Strategy. She was part of the core team that built the operational and cultural infrastructure behind one of the most recognizable brand transformations in the wellness industry. 

Prior to Moxie, Kate served as COO of IRL Ventures, where she partnered with 20+ companies to build their teams and infrastructure across consumer, wellness, healthcare, and fintech. Before that, she was Chief of Staff at Kindbody, where she built and led the People Ops function and oversaw company strategy and planning during a period of significant growth. 

Kate brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic range, having built systems, teams, and cultures from the ground up across some of the most dynamic organizations in their respective industries.
