Jon Simon

Jon leads a national team of Account Executives, partnering with employers and consultants across the country, and holds overall net new revenue responsibility for the division. He brings decades of experience in employee benefits consulting, sales, and leadership, having built his career with some of the industry's leading companies before joining Care.com.

A graduate of the University of Richmond, Jon lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, where they're busy raising their three boys.
