Brad Martin, SHRM-SCP, is a Director, People at Progyny, where he partners with leaders to develop people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance. He brings experience across Fortune 500 organizations and has held progressively responsible roles spanning various industries, including women’s healthcare and technology sectors.
Brad's expertise is rooted in the People and Talent space, with a focus on HR business partnership, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. He holds a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. He is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds certifications in a variety of coaching and assessment methodologies.
