He was previously East Region Leader for People Advisory Services, advising clients on organization effectiveness, talent management and culture transformation.

He holds a BS in Management and Organizations from Penn State University.

Dr. Fahimeh Sasan is Founding Physician and Chief Innovation Officer at Kindbody, where she leads the design of equitable, inclusive reproductive care and family-building benefits for global workforces. She was instrumental in forging Kindbody’s landmark partnership with Walmart, bringing comprehensive fertility, reproductive care, and surrogacy benefits to Walmart’s entire U.S. workforce for the first time and setting a new standard for employer-sponsored care at scale. Kindbody is a leading fertility, family-building, and women’s health company offering comprehensive clinical care and benefit solutions for employers, health plans, and individuals. 


A board-certified Ob/Gyn, Dr. Sasan completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and has spent over 20 years as a practicing clinician. She is known for delivering highly personalized, comprehensive care, and at Kindbody leads a model that integrates fertility, gynecology, prenatal care including both low- and high-risk, and wellness, creating a seamless single point of entry for reproductive healthcare.


Dr. Sasan is a passionate advocate for healthcare literacy as preventative care, empowering individuals with the knowledge to take control of their health. She is a frequent speaker on reproductive health, maternal care, and the impact of social determinants on health outcomes and quality of life.

Kate Connor is the Chief Operating Officer of Moxie Communications Group, where she leads operations, AI, finance, people operations, and strategy across the agency. 

She has spent the past 13 years translating business strategy into the tools, teams, and culture people need to do their best work. At SoulCycle, she helped scale the business from four to 90 locations, holding leadership positions across Field Operations, Talent Development, and Company Strategy. She was part of the core team that built the operational and cultural infrastructure behind one of the most recognizable brand transformations in the wellness industry. 

Prior to Moxie, Kate served as COO of IRL Ventures, where she partnered with 20+ companies to build their teams and infrastructure across consumer, wellness, healthcare, and fintech. Before that, she was Chief of Staff at Kindbody, where she built and led the People Ops function and oversaw company strategy and planning during a period of significant growth. 

Kate brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic range, having built systems, teams, and cultures from the ground up across some of the most dynamic organizations in their respective industries.

Brian D. Davis, M.S. RPh is a former executive pharmacy officer in the MCO and PBM space. With over an 18 year career I have experienced a number of sectors in the pharmacy space including: pharmacy compliance, Legislation/Regulatory affairs, PBM and Health Plan management, Market access and Provider access for Pharmacy, Medical Pharmacy and Specialty Pharmacy programs. In addition, I have gained experience with outcomes modeling, RWE, data analysis, plan design, clinical study design and value proposition/value  positioning for pharmaceuticals. 

I also have a long history working within the pharmacy strategy space and have initiated a number of partnerships including joint ventures (JV), conducted dozens of M&A valuation due diligence exercises in the PBM and Pharmacy space have worked at the state of federal level on advocacy and regulatory issues for a wide variety of health care sectors.

Robert Massa is the Managing Director of Retirement in Houston, TX for Prime Capital Retirement. Rob is a retirement professional with more than 30 years of retirement industry experience. His primary responsibilities include practice management, investment advice, retirement plan design consulting and compliance, employee education advice and development, financial wellness strategies, client relationship management and SEC compliance.  


His career has been focused in the investment management and administration of qualified retirement plans in a diverse series of roles including investment advice, trust administration, recordkeeping, plan document drafting, compliance testing, product management, plan corrections and client consultation. 


Rob taught employee benefits at St. Thomas University for the  Certified Financial Planner© program. He has also been interviewed for various articles in U.S. News and World Report, The Motley Fool, Houston Business Journal, Institutional Investor, the Fiduciary News, TheStreet.com and CFO magazine and is a regular speaker at regional and national retirement and benefits conferences.

Rhea Li, MPH, RD, LD, is the Program Director of Well-being at Children’s Health, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies to elevate employee wellness, engagement, and retention. With over 15 years of experience in public health and organizational health promotion, Rhea designs data-driven programs that integrate fitness, mindfulness, and resilience—aligning well-being with business outcomes.

Drawing on experience across consulting, TPA, and in-house healthcare roles, Sara brings a distinctive perspective on what’s possible in employee benefits. Passionate about meeting employees where they are and translating complex benefits into clear, meaningful experiences, she continually challenges & reimagines both what is offered and how it’s delivered.

Victoria Ashton is the Chief People Officer at Lob, where she leads the company’s people strategy with a focus on scaling culture, enabling remote work and aligning the People function with business goals.
