Chris Wolpert is the founder of Group Benefit Solutions, who’s mission is to build 21st Century Health Plans that eliminate employee’s out-of-pocket costs while guiding them to the highest quality healthcare available.
Chris produced the documentaries, “It’s Not Personal, It’s Just Healthcare” about the misaligned incentives in the healthcare and health insurance industries, which was released in April 2024, as well as “Side Effects May Include” about the hidden revenue streams in the PBM industry, which was released in 2025. He is also an Amazon best-selling author of NextGeneration Healthcare as well as the 2 volume comic book series Hit Zero: The Quest to Make Healthcare a Controllable Expense.
Chris has received several industry awards including “Rising Star” by Employee Benefit News. He’s been a guest speaker at national conventions as well as local events, and has been interviewed for stories appearing in US News & World Report, SELF Magazine, Cluch.co, Moneyish.com, and Employee Benefits News.
Jon leads a national team of Account Executives, partnering with employers and consultants across the country, and holds overall net new revenue responsibility for the division. He brings decades of experience in employee benefits consulting, sales, and leadership, having built his career with some of the industry’s leading companies before joining Care.com.
A graduate of the University of Richmond, Jon lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, where they’re busy raising their three boys.
Kerry Symon joins Spring Health with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute. Dedicated to safeguarding and uplifting historically disenfranchised communities, Kerry brings more than 20 years of experience implementing and overseeing evidence-based programs in the nonprofit sector and leading administrative and clinical operations for large Employee Assistance Programs.
George is the Co-founder and CEO of Budgie Health, a company that helps employees maximize the financial value they get from their benefits. Prior to starting Budgie, George held commercial roles at Oscar Insurance and Cedar (patient payments), where he built and managed external partnerships. He began his career as a public sector health economist, followed by a stint at McKinsey. He has an MBA from The Wharton School, an MSc in International Health Policy from The London School of Economics, and an MA in Economics & Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
Laine Thomas Conway is the Engagement and Enablement Leader for Delivery at Alight Solutions. She leads colleague engagement, communication, change enablement, and skill-building initiatives that help organizations improve adoption, workforce effectiveness, and business performance. A recognized thought leader in employee engagement, wellbeing, and the overall work experience, Laine serves as the lead voice behind Alight’s annual Employee Mindset Study, translating workforce research and market insights into practical strategies for leaders. Through her work, she helps organizations better understand the evolving needs of their people and turn those insights into tangible actions that improve engagement, productivity, wellbeing, and business results.
Brad Martin, SHRM-SCP, is a Director, People at Progyny, where he partners with leaders to develop people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance. He brings experience across Fortune 500 organizations and has held progressively responsible roles spanning various industries, including women’s healthcare and technology sectors.

Marcia S. Wagner is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Wagner Law Group, one of the nation’s largest and most highly-regarded boutique law firms, specializing in ERISA, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation law, now celebrating its 30th Anniversary. She has been practicing employee benefits law for approximately 40 years and is a nationally-recognized authority on employee benefits matters, including qualified and non-qualified plans, fiduciary issues, deferred compensation, and welfare benefit arrangements. Ms. Wagner has written hundreds of articles and 24 books, is a highly sought after lecturer, and routinely serves as an expert witness in ERISA litigation matters. Ms. Wagner received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. summa cum laude from Cornell University. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Benefits Council as well as on the Board of Governors of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel.
