Becky Kinder is Senior Director of Product Strategy of Health and Benefits at Inspira Financial, where she leads product strategy for the company's consumer-directed healthcare (CDH) accounts, including HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, commuter benefits, and lifestyle spending accounts. With 19 years in the CDH industry, Becky has spent her career translating complex benefits administration into products and strategies that actually work for employers and the people they cover. At Inspira, she works closely with market analysis, member experience, and research teams to bridge the gap between how people actually use their benefits and how those benefits should be designed.
